Fiesta mk3.5 1.8D decisions.....Help

Hey guys,
Been a long time....
Anywho I've been offered a nice wee mk3.5 1.8D now it's gonna be great for work and spinning about but If it's clean im thinking about going for the 1.8 zetec upgrade or 2.0 which ever i find easiest to get a hold of.
Or maybe I should just leave it!!!
Decisions!!!
Also does the 1.8d box fit with the zetec 1.8 or 2.0......been a long time since ive had a mk3 fez and I've lost all knowledge....even the zetec conversion looks scary!
