yep lol. i havent been to one yet so i should be going this year!! last year my mates went and they said the best part was rioting with police on sunday i think it was lol. Should be a gooden this year

I really fancy doing this, Iron Maiden were hinting they might be headlining it when I saw them before Xmas and i'd sure like to see them again

yeah pretty on the expensive side lol. Hardly any good bands play there most of the time and if they do they are always on the smaller stages. I got to see some wicked bands at persistence in london a few months ago which was pretty cool.

I should be going as I always do although the headliners are appauling (With the exception of Maiden, but i've seen them that many times i'm not that bothered).
What is going on with having MCR as a headliner I know they are popular at the moment but do you really think they have paid there rock dues to give them headliner status? I know I dont!!!

I've been going to Donnington since 94 and as far as I am concearned the rioting was the worst part. Just a bunch of little boys and girls who cant handle thier drink thinking it would be funny to try and tear the place up. Basically acting no better than chives Some friends of mine were camping very near to the security lighting rig which was brought down, very out of order and not in the proper spirit of a festival.

I rememeber when it was all about having a good time with beers and and chatting to the thousands of other campers etc etc rant rant rant.............................................

didnt get a ticket this year, wanted to see iron maiden was the main band, somehow my bro and his mates all got tickets so il av to hear bout how amazin it was all next week grrr
