if i want to put 16's on my mk3 1.1 that have 165/45/16 tyres on them, will i need any arch mods if i'm not lowering it?

if u can afford it go with 195/40/16 as its a better size and wont slow u down. ND U CAN DROP IT ON ITS ARSE STILL
