It wont fit a 1.6 si as they have a differant down pipe.
Should be to hard as long as the bolts havnt seized. Carefull you dont snap the studs in the manifold either

hope u meant shouldnt b too hard, lol...

is it just a matter of un-bolting the cat part of the zorst and puttin this in place? What happens to the sensor thats just before the CAT?

Cheers rich.

The sensor will be the lambda sensor, id have thought there will be a place to screw it into on the de cat pipe.

Yeah its just a matter of unbolting the cat part. Iirc that has the down pipe attached to it.(by this i mean it one part and the deact pipe will include the down pipe) Well it does on the 1.6 anyway!

i had it done on my old si. Sounded like a nascar. Nice if you like that sorta thing but can be very loud at times your dont want it to be!!

Mind you, saying that, it was a complete straight through pipe with 1 box and a 6" centre exit!!!

On a java blue fez id go for a set of the smoked rears you can buy.
If you wanna half tint use foliatec light tinting spray.
You should use lacour after otherwise they'll look dull and bodged like mine do!

changing cat...

1) jack up front of car, put on axel stands....
2) spray wd40 on all bolts needed to undo...
3) undo downpipe bolts... theres 2 of these and are the ones with springs under them, need a long extension bar to do this..( forst time i did it i tookt eh rad out etc and used a spanner.. what a fool lol)
4) take off S shaped undertray thingy if u have it...
5) undo D clamp bolts .. (2 of them) migh be seized. get a new clamp incase they break off...

6) wiggle zorst free (doh juut remeber to undo the lambda sensor! 22mm ring spanner i think)

7) spray wd0 on new decat and on the zorst bit its going into..

8 ) insert into exhaust bit... make sure its in all the way lol

9) put new O-ring aske on top of downpipe bit, bolt this back up... then put the d-clamp on the new bit of zorst ...

in there u will have to put the zorst hangers on...along with S tray thingy :)

not too hard :)
