Coolant Sensor on RS Turbo inlet

Postby project_mistral on Thu Nov 02, 2006 11:55 pm

The coolant sensor which controls the idle speed control valve has gone on my engine, there are two sensors there, been into ford and one is a water temperature sensor and the other is a thermal time control sensor.

Can anyone tell me which one it is i need, im guessing its the water temp one, the water temp is £30 and the thermal sensor £50 so dont want to get it wrong!

Cheers Dan

its the water one you want, at the back underneath, the one on the front at the size is a air charge temp sensor
