I'm after a AMD or P4 at least 2.4ghz with mobo, without onboard graphics

how much for a stack, consisting of:

2gig+
512mb ram+
80gb hd+
dvd drive
cdrw drive
network card
and a semi decent sound card.

ive got a geforce4 card myself, so you can test it with what you want and remove card, i can install my own.
