I was watching braniac science abuse and they filled a swimming pool up with custard and that john tickle walked straight over it and he didnt even sink.

I might try it 8) in the bath:P

Yeah you can - has to be exactly the right mix and it has to be impacted on. Very few viscous liquids/gels can do it!

custard is thixotropic meaning that under hard forces it solidifies, hence the ability to run across custard as long as you smack you feet down hard :D (I'm not a nerd or anything) :P

umm thixotropic actually THINS when certain forces are applied, it means the fluid is solid when at rest but can be manipulated when under force :wink:
