i had insulation tape on mine in the bumpers on my old 2i. looked just as good as the strips. with the non xr2i , rs fiestas the bumper strips are slightly shorter so they wont fit xr,rs bumpers. ive been to the scrappy and got the set and tried it myslef but they are to short to fit

maybe spray or paint the ones you have?

have just put the black insulation tape over the blue and just took me best part of 2 hrs to get it spot on looks good will try get some pic,s load,d up soon well chuff,d with it totally changed the look of the car

nice one i took my strips off completely when i put insulation tape on but from what you have done it sounds good
