todays job list is:

Finish alarm
finish lights
fit new boot seal
fit new boot lock
mk4 wiper if i can find it

mebby paint drums

finish lights Had to start one again as a bug landed in the tint
fit new boot seal Done this, the old one was rotten and i dont even think it was a boot seal , it looked totaly different
fit new boot lock Done this as well and fixed the latch so the boot locks first time
mk4 wiper if i can find it Could only find the blade lol
mebby paint drums no chance lol was too cold

here is a quick update

more pictures of the back, sorry about the quality

finally finished the black dash and alarm

A pic of the unmolested engine

Painted the drums

got a few new parts thanks to jasperj

opinions etc welcome

Looking miles better now Andy.
Now get that 2i steering wheel off it & get the RS1800 one on

All it lacks now is the stripes & tailgate badge.

Bonnet & spoiler sprayed & fitted for FITP & it will look the nuts

Pm me if you can get us that MK3 Black Dash for Jasper or if you need a hand with the overheating prob :-?

found a tin of red hammerite so i painted the calipers

and ford a knobs,

note to self, special order parts can not be refunded,

i spent £12 on wheel studs and they are smaller than the standard fez ones, ffs they said they were longer,

not happy
