alpine cda9831 not working - any good local rapair shops

Ive had my cda9831 for 6 years, i last used it just before the snow last year. It has been sat in my car since. Now it wont turn on, i have put the original ford radio back in and that works fine so i know fuse/wiring all works.
Does anyone know of any cheap, local (romford) and trustworthy repairers of head units etc
