hello
can you tell me plz how to add things such as bumpers, wheels etc as i am having alot of troubles with this.
can you tell me step by step plz as i am dumb as fcuk

ok mate,
first of all, LOAD UP a picture that you want to take a bumper from, or a spoiler, splitter, wheelz, etc
USE THE LASSO TOOL, and GO AROUND THE EDGES OF THE OBJECT,
THEN, press CTRL + C (Copies) then load up the picture you want to modify,
and press
CTRL + V (Pastes)
you will now have your item in the new pic to be modified. Then USE THE small Black arrow tool to move it to the area where it will go, and if required shape it to fit (CTRL+T) (or alternatively, Edit, Free Transform)
it helps if the item is in a near on Similar angle to the pic ur moding
