Add turbo to Diesel engine?

Hey guys. I'm new to the forum. And fairly new to the ford scene but have loved fiestas for a while now. I've just recently bought a mk3 fiesta 1.8 diesel. And I've been told that a turbo is real easy to just bolt on. Could anyone help me out. What parts do I need? How to put a turbo on my engine and any links to how to do it would be grand. Thank you.
