is this really the power a zetec makes? thought it was more 220 ish bhp?

Yeah it'll make that power no problem if its a proper 2.0 zetec turbo as it says it is.
Sounds as though it'll need a new engine....melted piston probably.
Mines makes 320bhp, its not hard with a zetec.
