As you may or may not know, next year there will be a new team of event coordinators. The purpose of this thread is to anounce who will continue on with this task. It is also to ask for your feedback on which shows you're likely to attend next year so we can extend the list of shows where Fiestaturbo.com will be present.

So who's doing what?

Tweek (Wayne) and hb69 (Henry) will be in charge of arranging tickets and booking stand plots for most shows. At least one of us will be on site early to start organising cars and equipment.

jayrs (Jay) being most active on the forum has the pleasure of answering most of the questions asked on the forums and will be the "go-to" guy.

chris 2i (Chris) has probably the most important role in being the accountant. Chris will know who has and hasn't paid and manage the budget for new show equipment. Not only managing cash, Chris will also be looking into some new show goodies, possibly including new T-Shirts, hoodies, etc. However, this is still in development.

Please remember that everybody has the ability to help out whether it is simply just following some basic rules (to follow on Event threads) or helping other members too.

So finally, we ask, which shows would you be willing to attend and what can we do to help make great days?

In all fairness, FT have stands at these shows and are always good in terms of organisation of cars ect from what I have seen. I havent got anything I can add to make the shows better, I expect others will do. I did have something, but Wayne said im not allowed to put it or he will beat me up when he next sees me and he threatened me lots and lots too on msn and told me horrible things. I am scarred for life now. I cant even look outside the window just incase 'they' are there

I'm doing a lot more shows with my local club this year, BHP, Modified Live, Modified Nationals, and a few charity events and cruises.

i know ive only been a regular for just over 2 years now, but ive been devout and active through out, attending shows and getting to know people of the site

i will be glad to helpout where i can, if you see me fit to something any fo the above four can ask, or if i see an oppertunity ill put myself forwards

other meets and get togethers, i will try for the bigger more open ford shows such as central day, combe and trax but money can be tight for me as some know

i would very much like to have a Rolling road day, ive neveer been to one, and it woul dbe the perfect excuse for me to go , being cheaper to have a good few of us go, plus it be great to go with all your mates from on here
and perhaps making it a regular?

the issue with doing regional ones is there might not be enough interest to make it worth while

id be willing to travel up the legnth of the M4 as long as the kent and essex chaps can come this side of london?

some come down from yorkshire and manchester way, wayne wouldnt have too far to go either

Regional is better from experience, Im pretty sure theres enough of us in the South East to make a day of it. I doubt anyone will want to travel hundreds of miles for a rolling road day. If it turns out enough people are up for a more central event however, then ill get the ball rolling
