its really easy

(yea rite!)

ok, u need photoshop or similar.

open up your image,
make a new layer, fill it white
set the opacity about 40-60%
on another layer, use the line tool to outline the whole image (lol, good luck

)
then when u are done, on a new layer, behind the lines layer, select areas of colour that are the same, and use the paint brush to paint it,
keep doing this, i find it easier doing it panel by panel. starting with dark colours 1st.

sounds easy? errrrmmm nope!
