Same as my old one, really bad around the wiper and lock. Used to find bits of rust stuck in the boot carpet ALL the time
Only way is to replace, pity i was £200 for a brand new one

Dont you mean you want to change the window for your old one because its green tinted?

Pop it out from the inside, Bottom corner is easyer.
Then to put the old one in you need to put wire in round the egde, slot the top in (using some wd40 or sillicone spray i found to get it in round the spoiler) then pull the wire to pop the seal back inside.
Or ask someone else to do it
