New poster needing help! lol!

This may sound like a really stupid question n the answer may be starring me strate in the face, but cant figure out how to get a pic at the bottom of my txt!

Want a picture of my car with my texts on all my posts but cant figure out how to get a picture there?!?! :-?

Is it something to do with your signature in the profile bit?

PLEASE HELP!
