Vernon Kay's Jaguar...
Just watching T4, and my dad mentioned he had vernon kay's car in for a new tyre to be fitted at his work last week
Didn't know vernon was into his cars, because it's a 550 bhp Jag S-type R, supercharged AND had nitrous oxide, with water injection to keep things cool, what a nutter
Lives in Buckinghamshire, in a town called Jordans, very nice place
if it comes in again, ill have the camera at the ready

lol beast. When I went down to Mikee_RS's house in Bucks last December in my little Transit Connect, I heard a big loud rumbling about 50 metres back. Waited till I could see it in my mirror and it was an S Type. It burbled past, twin 5" slash cut exhausts, huge alloys, massive brakes and a mysterious V500 badge on the back! Pulled into services and it was there, true executive monster! The owner was just returning to it as I arrived so had a chat for a bit

wow! I bet it's middle-older aged men who are car nuts that buy most - as in the wife tells them to get a family car with comfortable seats etc for the kids, so they go and buy ridiculous saloons, probably the same rationale behind some of the old sierra cosworth owners

Nothing to do with Vernon Kay's Jag but I went to an approved VCA testing company on Friday this week in Leatherhead and was surprised to see a number of very very expensive cars all parked up in the parking area. I asked the test engineer I was meeting if they were to do with VCA type testing and he said unfortunately not, it was to do with Damon Hill's pet project 'P1 International' which is an exotic car club where you get to drive various exotic sports cars throughout the year.
Amongst the cars I saw there were the following:
- Ferrari F430 Spider
- Ferrari 360 Spider
- Classic Jag (shown in picture)
- Ford GT
- Aston Martin DB9
- BMW M5 (latest one)
- BMW M6
- Several Porsches of all types
- Lamborghini Murcielago
I only managed to get one crappy pic with my mobile - wish I'd taken a camera but didn't know about it until I arrived!
There website is here - look at the subscription prices!
P1 Motorsport
Cheers,
Andy

I've heard that the town of Marlow (near Henley) has the highest amount of Ferrari's per square mile (that are privately owned). Having been in the high street on a busy Saturday afternoon I can see that it may well be true!

I cant say i often think about your surname but yes, the username is generally a bit of an offput when you may be trying to have a sensible conversation!

Too right! We need explanations, especially when there have been a number of abusers on this site...
(A few people at school used to call me Wally, short for Wallis, you can't beat the "Where's Wally?!" books!

well off topic i know but the story goes...........and its short so don't panic
... i have had hot hatches for donks and in my day (yes i have grey hair) there were no such things as forums, so the whole thing still comes across very GAY and geeky to me...... however i did join this forum to take the absolute piss orignally, however my GF went and bought a Fix or repair daily,FRST. the name wally bollox doe's not really come from any where just made it up! i have tried to get it changed with admin however i think they think its bloody funny i asked to have it changed for the reasons mentioned above. forums are strange things you can't be open and honest which is what i am. which really piss's me off espcially as i've been thrown off one of the main dub sites due to my honesty, wierd! to many DO GOODers.
any way
b) is not true Honest i'll post the pics of the Jag in March 06 i promise x
