The new motor

Hi guys
Have posted a few questions on here recently but now the mrs has finally gone a got a decent turbo.
This was a bargain at £1000
Full T3 conversion AVO coilovers chrome bits and bobs decent interior very little in the way of rust and fully undersealed. The only problems are a leaky water pump temp fix has been rad weld and no heating. For some reason the previous owners have disconnected to heater matrix and blower motors.
One question is thats it is only pushing out 5psi of boost, what is a safe limit of the T3 and beiges?
