help! f**cked windscreen wipers and washers :(

hi, i took my newly aquired turbo to get a cat 1 alarm/immob installed today. The guy came back and said that my windscreen wipers and washers wern't working (but they were before i took it down there). not sure what to do or what it could be, any ideas would be appreciated.<br>OH! one more thing, i can't open it's boot, tried using the key and the button inside but to no avail, i've heard this is a common problem on FRST? help with this would also be appreciated.
