Hello everybody it's Keith from Performance Ford Magazine. We recently ran a mile sprint at an airfield for big horsepower Blue Ovals. Apart from the Cossies and a few Escort RS Turbos, we did have a couple of Fiestas. Ian Howell dragged along a customer car with a 2.0 Zetec lump (fitted with a T3 turbo) strapped down in the engine bay. Although it was damp it completed the run in 36.77 seconds @ 133.8 mph. The second was a white PSG wide body kitted Fiesta RS Turbo owned by Mark Dobson. Although it ran a 0-Mile time of 38.89 seconds @ 129.9 mph we haven't got the full engine spec. I know it had a 1.9 engine conversion, but can anybody help?

muffking no!the fiesta is mine built by ian howell,it,s a 2.1 zetec custom mapped by the man himself. ahmed bayjoo its the one with the EEC.IV management running over 280 BHP by the way the car is black

PaulJ Ian has built me a 2.1 16V also Its the same spec as yours with a slightly bigger turbo and the Zetec inlet manifold I'm hoping to get it fitted sometime next week. Ahmed is going to map it using eeciv and side fed injectors Regards Mike.

ADRIAN I LIVE AT MORETON,JUNC 2 M53 THE SPEC OF THE CAR IS 2.1 16V ZETEC TURBO MAHLE FORGED PISTONS,SODIUM FILLED EXHAUST VALVES,FULLY PORTED +POLISHED HEAD,PADDLE CLUTCH,T3 HYBRID TURBO RUNNING 21LB BOOST 2.5BAR MAP SENSOR,PACE CHARGECOOLER.PACE ALLOY ,RADIATOR.AND A MASSIVE FUEL PUMP! LAST BUT NOT LEAST IAM ON MY 7TH GEARBOX!!! REGARDS PAULJ
