me0u021e, you have to be on a wind up - if your engine can genuinely (YOU believing it isn't the same) beat Martin Hadland's or Sunny's motors, then why hasn't the world heard of this ground breaking achievement? Has your engine/system ever actually run in a car?

As for your ultra low compression and big turbo, that just means more 'lag' until the boost eventually kicks in - can you explain please? You say you're not using NOS or antilag, so how do you get your turbo to spin up.

In fact, can you give specs of your engine and turbo etc..

I see where you're coming from re: fuel economy etc, but lots of fuel, even in a low-comp engine isn't going to do much unless accompanied by air, which you won't have until high up in the rev range with a big turbo, by which time, Martin & Sunny will have left you behind......

I have an open mind on most things, but like to see claims backed up with proof. With regards to Sunny and Martin's cars/engines, I have seen the proof with my own eyes....So please enlighten me.

Eagerly awaiting the Santa Pod massacre....

Bill

Sunny.
Do you have any idea what 178.8mph feels like in a Fiesta? 2000 lb of pressure per square inch per second pushing back on your face. It feels like god himself is trying to rip the skin off your skull while someone lands a 747 on your chest.

OK the date is set, this summer we meet, anyone who has anything bring it down. The challenge is set, none of this "You are the weakest gimp". I will only race for log books down the strip as I am that confident and then I will respect you, even if you loose.
Oh Sunny, your spec came from the link with your name, feel like an absolute "co'ck sucker"?
Could you reel off your spec and power for us then?
Just cos the engine isn't in a car don't mean cr&p, the power is there isn't it? Or when you put it in a car does the power half or something? Probably something you were told when they built your engine for you.
220hp ain't poo either, I just bought a erst with a 220hp engine in for £500, yeah it does 0-60 in under 6sec but still ain't enough to pull anyone out of bed! (oh btw these are proven figures as the car was in max power and I have the recording sheets).
As I repeat again I HAVE NO LAG!!!!!!!!! This is the complete and utter fundamental difference that seperates your engines from mine!!!!
READ THAT LAST PARAGRAPH AGAIN UNLESS YOU DIDN'T TAKE IT INTO YOU TINY LITTLE HEAD!
I investigated putting my engine into a fiesta and problems occur in that there isn't enough room in the bay, I will try but it is going to be more likely that it is going to be in an escort, won't affect the results of the race though, make it more fun I think!
So are we agreed, no more back chat, I'll post pics and videos on progress then we all race in the summer, A full on event, anyone can come down, to race me its for log books, any deals with others are up to them.

Oh spec of my engine.
1.8 zetec.
My OWN management system.
Custom turbo specified to run 3-4bar boost.
Low comp 5:1.
Custom re-ground cams to long duration.
Custom Multi coil ignition.
Tri-valve springs.
1.5mm oversized turbo valves.
Dry sump.
Custom charge cooler.
Oil cooler.
Wafer thin fly wheel.
Fully blue printed bottom end and head.
Oil cooling on pistons.
Custom Manifolds and exhaust system.
80mm throttle body.

Most of the stuff is secret so I can't tell you the exact specs of the componentry as that would give away the way I run things, what I've given you don't really mean poo, what means poo is the day we meet at the pod, thats what counts not who who knows or who built what for who, its whos fastest down the strip wins the others car. I know I won't be walking home.

So, how do you achieve NO LAG from a turbocharger, or is that secret (you must surely be in talks with turbo manufacturers, as they don't seem to be able to overcome this inherent 'fault')?

me0u021e - You amuse the fcuk outta me. Hurry up your going to be late for school!

You say "Oh Sunny, your spec came from the link with your name, feel like an absolute "co'ck sucker"?
I could write down a spec with your name next to it on the internet somewhere, it doesn't mean that it's upto date or accurate!
The internet has stuff posted on it from lots of people from 30 years ago! Still doesn't overrule the fact that the spec you posted regarding my car wasn't accurate! ..KNOB!
- Who feels a REAL CO'CK SUCKER now! More importantly looks like one! Facts are stronger than bull5h1t! - Nuff Said!

You say "Just cos the engine isn't in a car don't mean cr&p, the power is there isn't it? Or when you put it in a car does the power half or something? Probably something you were told when they built your engine for you."

If only you knew! So you think that you know more than Harvey Gibbs, Ahmed Bayjoo and Ian Howell as you claim to diss the people who built, dyno'ed and installed my engine  Yeah yeah! - Everyone knows the score on that front also!
Both myself and Martin Hadland know what our cars are thankyou very much!
The reason why you aint got a problem with racing for logbooks is because your car's probably worth £50 - Oh no! You havn't got a car yet so not even that!
We think your full of 5h1t and so do the majority of the people on this site and many others - You gotta admit you really do bring it on yourself by chatting all this non-sense!
You can not comment on anything or run your mouth without evidence especially if the fact that you chat constant total and utter bull5h1t!

Oh and we are all eagarly waiting for your answer to Billabong's question regarding no turbo Lag from a turbo!

Sunny.

BTW - You still are the weakest GIMP - L8TRZ.

hmmmmm

no lags turbos... not a super charger is it???

I was reading the HKS brocure about their racing byepass valves, which are essentually a full openable externat wastegate, and e recirculating dumpvalve, so after you picked up speed, the turbones can spin indipendantly, not boosing, so as soo as thebgates shut, your nearly at full boost again...

failing an antilag NOS kit, a set up like that, or an electric supercharger... I'm confusilated :s

and I was lying about the jetcar

LAUGH MY FU(KING ARSE OFF!!! OMFG youve really excelled yourself now son!!! Oh right let me pull myself together!!

>>1.8 zetec
Why not 2 litre? yeah naturally choose the 1.8 for high power - I always wished Ford made a 2 litre version

>>My OWN management system.
Quite possible - but Ill believe that when i see it

>>Custom turbo specified to run 3-4bar boost.
Thts just plain amusing

>>Low comp 5:1.
Yeah right - even a shaved knife edge crank would foul con rods that short!!

>>Custom re-ground cams to long duration.
>>Tri-valve springs.
This is probably the funniest next to the 5:1 CR - long duration and triple-TRIPLE- valve springs - WTF the forced inuction man! were not talking 11000 rpm here

>>1.5mm oversized turbo valves.
Well FYI Ian Howells MEASLY 320BHP brake engine used 2.5mm oversize valves and vauxhall lifters. The pocket ont he head can be enlarged safely on the 2 litre - but of course you knew that didnt you  oh yeah and youre using a 1.8 because they make more power dont they

>>Dry sump.
WHY!!?

>>Fully blue printed bottom end and head.
Oh thats allright then - youll be well able to cope with 450BHP
Its a shame Sunny and Ian Hopwell didnt know they only had to have the standard engine blueprinted!! Would have saved them all that money ona steel bottom end

Custom turbo specified to run 3-4bar boost.
Low comp 5:1.

Your own managment!? hhmmmm....Me thinks you've been watching too much 'back to the future' boy - don't believe everything you see on television (bloody flux capacitors never work well with 4 bar of boost with zero lag! !)
So, with this laptop in there (runnning your car), I take it your CPU is an INTEL 6000Mhz to be able to run 4bar of boost!? (thats the reason right!?)
You say your cars runs on a laptop!? - poo what happens to you when you get a GP Fault or a Blue screen and it crashes!? (brake screaches and BANG!) - Don't tell me you have your own operating system on there aswell!!!!!! - - sod Windows, Linux, UNIX etc lets everyone go for me0u021e v1.0 beta operating system on their laptops so that every turbo charged car can run 4 bar of boost with zero lag from now on!

Sunny.

OMG I've just read the whole post from start to finish and have NEVER laughed so much in my entire life!

meudfogwifg or whatever your name is how the feck do you intend to get 450bhp on the road? Surely in order to know you'll 'kill' Sunny on a straight you would need to know that that power was going down onto the road and yet you don't even know the first thing about which car you are going to put it in!

You say how cheap your car engine was to build compared to Sunny's but five minutes ago you told us all how you wouldn't build another one because it was so expensive

One minute you run NOS the next you don't!

Oh and also no figures or any pictures of your sticky back plastic 'blue peter' engine.

You want to race for log books, 'pink slips'!! Did your mummy and daddy buy you the Fast and the Furious for Christmas!

You prove your inane cr@p and you'll impress us and probably every engine manufacturer/tuner in the world....in fact what the hell are you doing at University when you could be making millions working for some of the Racing Teams in the world

rofl (and crying!)

Dave

PS Would love to see you TRY beating Sunny and Martin Hadland:wink:

It wouldnt be that difficult mate, you'd just have to havea small chaber at the front of the oil collection pan for the turbo drain - but I just wanted to know why he thought he needed one - as you can swap to a Zetec-R sump with cast-in windage tray anyway

It’s actually a control unit that I developed in my mum’s greenhouse. Its called MR Bio and its made from salamander embryo's and has been development in my mums TOP SECRET "Bionic Lab's" since October 1990.

Ill tell you its better than any crapy 3rd party management systems.

If you want to have a closer look @ the system in use ill be @ Doncaster in April.

However, Mr Bio doesn’t like the rain so if it’s wet then ill be a NO SHOW
