Whats peoples thoughts on upgrading a turbo on my Fiesta ?

Do you mean little extra power without upgrading to a t3?
You could put better bearings in the t2 help it spal up abit faster, also could get 195 super chip and beige injectors that'll give you abit more, also a decent cam will help or do all these things that's about your lot without going to a t3

escos t28 compressor wheel machined into oe comp housing and 360 deg bearing will give it a bit more,
i also have a nissan 200sx t28 turbine machined into my t2 rear housing

Defo go T28 or better GT25 or GT28 imo :D I converted to a stage3 T3 donkeys years ago & tbh I miss the instant response of the hybrid T2 I used to run on my car :)
