When you said they had only done a few miles i thought you were joking. They look like new!

When you first fit them, have them adjusted quite high and soft. Then lower the car from there. Then it will need the geometry readjusting. I know just the guy to do it :)

Well apparantly i said i am anyway  Get the rears on, you know how easy they are. Then we will see about doing the fronts.

For the geometry theres a guy in sittingbourne who set up my mk3 using laser alignment or something. Best thing to do would be to take it there when there on

Finally got them fitted after a load of set backs

i fitted the rears on tuesday, but couldnt get the front springs out, so it when to local Motorsport garage to be fitted and get the ride height set up and tracked.

before they were fitted i use to be able to fit my whole fist in the top of the front arch, now i can't fit two fingers in the gap.

That looks so much better now. Just needs a tasty 4" exhaust and a 2.0.

I reckon you should take it down a few turns though. At least as low as my rs, that handles speed bumps with no problems.

John, would you potentially be up for a rolling road day in Sittingbourne? Something me and Toby might look into organising as we never seem to have any locally.

handles a lot better now, got to sort out something with the left rear as its still making noises. handling is so much better feels like u can stick it any were. with some top rubber would be amazing.
as for the bumps my old standard ones were very hard for some reason and to be honet they are no different, just dont go as fast over speed bumps

I manage speed bumps but they're not that harsh around my way, pot holes on the other hand I tend to dodge lol.

Get some eagle f1's on there it'll handle even better. Google camskill for you tyre's, just bought 4 myself über cheap ;)

Jimmy & Smo- Its a place called I A motorsport. Near the football ground (i think thats what it is) on the big industrial estate. Its not far away from Bayford Meadows if you know where that is. Me and Toby have both had work done by them and rate them highly. Just need to sort out a date really and try to arrange it with them.

Nice one! :D Yeah I know it - it's not far from the pikey site at the 3 lakes! I never knew Sittingbourne even had a rolling road until now - the nearest one was in Newington (BD Engineering) when I lived there. Also, Connaught Competition Engines have an engine dyno up near Stockbury (near yet another pikey site!  ) but they're not cheap!
