right, ive finally got xbox live now. problem being i had to make a new account, meaning ive lost all my game data...not happy bunny.
so can someone explain to me in english and easy to understand terms what i have to do, to make my old gamer profile, into a live one, so i can have my cars back on forza.
and dont give me a link to an online FAQ because they make no sense what so ever. i just want it in simple terms. of what i have to do, short and to the point lol

To make your old account into a live one you have to do it same way you done new account but be logged in on your non live account and it will ask you what live name you want and providing no one else has it you can have it, if so someone else does it will ask you to choose again.

right it doesnt matter anymore because my xbox is dead. its going back to littlewoods today, and i have to send the harddrive back with it, so ive lost my gamer profile now, with about 3000 gamer points

I never liked the way the car handled inTst Drive Unlimited, would have to lend or rent before i bought it as demo was poo.

If people go onto Call Of Duty 4 website they can order a Beta key if there not too late as there only letting a certain amount of keys out.

I ordered my key monday and got it today (friday)

The key lets you play Call Of Duty 4 multiplayer Beta, ill be on it tonight from between 2100-2200 for anyone who wants to join.

Just pre-ordered Guitar Hero 3, so that should be fun online.

Another good site for games, I would recommend them as another place to check when you want a game, they mainly seem to be cheaper on Wii stuff but sometimes are better with others (like now).

You cant get unbanned.

another xbox console is needed to get back online with the same gamertag.

If they detect tampered hardware/software on the Hd then they ban the mac address of the console so it cannot log onto the Xbox live server anymore. if you try the old it wasnt chipped routine they just rant on about the copyright laws in the terms and conditions of the xbox.

It happened with my old xbox when i had a ice chip installed with a 200 gb hard drive

i was messing dude i knowit's fooked. i got another console now anyway but for how long that will last on live who knows. there is already 1.4 out since i flashed this one and to be fair no one knows how microsoft are banning them.

every one is saying it's this it's that. but there is one simple thing. what ever you do the console knows that it aint a genuine game for one reason, if it was a propper replica ya wouldn't need ya drive flashed... simple as that aint it.
