Mk3.5 shell, MOT failiure, or cheap car

I need a Mk3.5 shell to use for mocking up a new petrol tank and other parts. I'm willing to buy a car if needs be.

If the car/shell isn't roadworthy it would be ideal if you had means to deliver it to Lincolnshire.

Cheers.

Have a fiesta rs shell that will be going to the scrap shortly, but located in South Wales, would want scrap value, could deliver at cost,
