Yeah that too Max lol, plus intermittent front wipers. It is missing many minor items though as I said, fag lighter, rear speakers, door trim, boot pannels, C-pillar covers etc.

Re: Introducing Katie's Dirty Little Sister...
So far since I'm still making it up as I go along...
Bored out 2ltr engine with ARIAS pistons (from a F22 engine of all things)
mk1 Focus RS conrods + ARP bolts
T3 turbo, not entirely sure what it's from but 'rs200bhp' off here had it on a FRST, has an uprated actuator though
Exhaust is here too, again unsure on make but it's a T3 with a phat 4" outward rolled tip
Also have manifold adapter plates to fit a FRST inlet and ERST exhaust manifolds.
Still chewing over rad and intercooler. I don't really want to cut out the front bumper much so may go for a double-capacity FRST one and radiator, would have to find new yellow hoses though too. Also need to relocate PAS cooler.
ECU isn't certain yet but I am very keen on going towards Emerald, Gearbox will be uprated too. My ERST LSD box is already starting to whine.
Those are the key elements anyway, all the bits in between will come when they're needed. My personal target for at least having it on the road is FITP 2013, what state the external is in though is another matter.

One's already assembled from where it was previously test fitted in an engine, They're not Zetec pistons, they're Honda F22 pistons, info copied from ARIAS job sheet:

Finished Bore: 3.386 inch / 86mm
Stroke: 3.74 / 95
Rod Length: 5.571 / 141.5
Comp. Height: 1.215 / 30.86
Compression: 8.2 / 8.2
Pin Diameter: 0.866 / 22
Top Groove: 0.06 / 1.5
2nd Groove: 0.06 / 1.5
Oil Groove: 0.158 / 4

Just added piston spec sheet above, bearing in mind they're Honda specs but the measurements tick the boxes.

Re: Introducing Katie's Dirty Little Sister...
Right, today I sat inside it inspecting everything to look for any bodge jobs that have been done or any broken things that need doing. It's major stuff!
- Driver's window switch faulty
- Clock doesn't work (replaced with the 5dr clock to test which worked fine)
- Cluch pedal manual adjuster is missing the white knob from the front
- Crack in passenger speaker grille
- Passenger door mirror adjuster "collar" missing
Might take me 5 mins if I drag it out
Everything else is as new, just dirty!

That's weird. My Frascati was missing the white knob too.
Even with it replaced, I always had to stick my foot under the clutch pedal to bring it all the way up and stop the clutch slipping!!

Re: Introducing Katie's Dirty Little Sister...
I'd advised against the FRST double capacity cooler. I take it you mean the one that sits in the place of the standard one but is bigger?
If so, (and you are running with the frst rad) it means you have to have the radiator at a silly angle, then with the T3 turbo, it will look super bodged.

Re: Introducing Katie's Dirty Little Sister...
you got it then
i suspect the rust on the wings where they meet the front panel is prob due to replacment wings early in its life and it was never protected right, cos ive not seen rot on a fiesta there that bad before.
i wouldnt mind betting the rust is deeper, beterrn the wing lip and slam panel, prob best to chop them sections out and replace them with new metal, not worth binning the complete wings though, although is that dirt, or rust on the tip of the drivers wing above the indicator?
