Ftao - Andy Hardy Re your inlet manifold....
Here you can see the modified throttle linkage!
thought we'd be different and get rid of the "EFI" writing
and your small filter and new coil!

Andy, no worries mate, I nearly sold your brakes today
i forgot you wanted a set, But, they are safely under the bed now! out of sight, out of mind!!
Those manifolds are readliy available, just thought we'd be different and use one, you cannot use the bottom half though as the ports are tiny, even the top half need the ports opening out slightly to match a turbo one!

Thanks for keeping hold of the brakes - i'll pick those up when I bring the car up, apparently RS2000-16v.com says they'll fit onto a Mk6 fine.
Like the look of that alot mate - is going to look lovely with the rest of the engine bay being all blinged up!
Cheers,
Andy

Yep, apparantly, on a normal MK6, you need a 2mm washer between the hub and the caliper so like you say, they'll defo go on!!

Oh yeah Rawli mate, that'sa cossie TB turned on it's side for clearance. The manifold is the normal CVH configurtion, Gadget has bunged one of the ISCV holes with a cap screw and the other has the cossie tempo sender. You can see on tother side there is a plastic blank over the normal IAT sender hole

No - bought it off Gadget when dropping Cossie management gear off with him, and IIRC I did tell you about the cossie throttle body when prattling on about what was happening with the car
And about the dumpvalve - it was my first turbo car after all and my mate's a proper mechanic and he hadn't noticed either!

Good work Gadge.
Do you have any idea what 178.8mph feels like in a Fiesta? 2000 lb of pressure per square inch per second pushing back on your face. It feels like god himself is trying to rip the skin off your skull while someone lands a 747 on your chest.
