CVH22 for my xr2i

Hallo i want install kent camshaft CVH22 for my 1990's Fiesta mk3 xr2i with EFI CVH 8v.
I have questions:
1) CVH22 fitted to carb engine only or for injection to?
2) i feel the difference vs stock xr2i shaft?
3) I must pored my head or this necessarily?

you dont need to port your head (but it does help smoothe the air flow)
and yes you will feel the difference over a standard cam
