brake upgrade

Postby RSmark84 on Wed Feb 11, 2015 9:29 pm

Anyone know best upgrade route for standard 14 inch alloys on my turbo. I hear Mk5 RS2000 calipers and discs fit? This true. I don't want to chop anything to fit.

Understand now they'll fit but you need 5mm spacers. I assume the FRST came with studs as standard as my wheels have nuts not bolts. The studs are very short so can't see the alloys fitting on the hub centre when the spacer is fit.

Always worth looking through old threads as normally been asked many times before.

Thanks for the link. Finding forums very hard to use on the phone, but easy on laptop. Looks good news for me at least.
