Bailey oil breather from ERST. pipes go too..

I see this has been asked tens of times before, but everywhere i look... different answers.

I need a deffinate answer. However this is on a 2.3 duratec turbo.

This is the current set up on the car, i dont think its right.

What i think is right for my setup:

If what i think is right, is right, it could be the reason why its trying to push oil out of the seal for the dipstick tube and another leak because its not letting pressure out of the crankcase.

why would you put the vent at the bottom surely this cannot work

surely it depends how its baffled internally, however that was my first thought too.
