Hello!!I turbocharged my 1.6 zetec 2006 fiesta.it was done with some spare parts so here are the specs...Turbo is a Toyota CT9 the one that 1.3 starlet turbo use..intake manifold is from a 1.7 ford puma...car has a turbosmart fuel cut defender for the map sensor(http://www.turbosmartdirect.com/Product ... ronic.html)wossner forged piston and rods. For the extra fuel needs it has 2 440cc extra injectors just before the throttle valve controlled by a split second extra injector controller, and a 100cell used catalyt. The car works fine when it is till 4000-4500rpm and 0.5 bar of boost,AFR shows 12.over that rpm the turbo goes about 1 bar(bad wastegate?) and the car runs lean,AFR about 14 and over so i stop immediatly pushing it.So iam asking you...do i need bigger extra injectors?one of my thoughts for my problem is this http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y78/kn ... rts002.jpg an o2 eliminator cuz maybe the o2 reads to much exhaust air and gives command to ecu to run lean...do i miss something? please help me!!! :-?
