calendars have been capped to a max of 60 to be printed, and have now all been spoken for, ill not up the amount ordered for reasons given on page 5

50 calendars have now been pre ordered and paid for, if i can get at least 60-65 people to pay there pre order depost i will continue with the 75 calendars.
by the end of the week 51 would of been paid for so not many left, all those that were removed from the list, please state your interest again

due to people on the list that have not paid there deposits dispite being asked a few times and getting a PM, i am now forced to cap the calendar numbers to 50
i[color=#0000BF]f you still want one after the 50 have gone, put your name down, if i can get another 15-25 people i will up the order to 75 calendars, but unless these extra numbers AFTER the 50 have been got, i will not order anymore, sorry but it wouldnt be cost effective

right then,
the calendar itself is looking to be a full A3 (12 pages/months and cover) or a double A4 (12 pages/months and a cover)
i have some prices in and i'm still waiting on a couple more, but final cost price will be governed by the amount ordered, but this will effect me not you.
the raw costs of getting them printed and shipped to me will be taken out of all money got first, anything and everything after that is money for charity, so for example if it cost me £300 for ther calendars and they sell for a total of £600 selling them, £300 goes to charity, got it, good
you'll want to know the price, right then, each calender will be £10 plus p+p to yourself, or they can be collected from a show if i get them in time and make the show, but for now we're looking that they need to be posted.
the reason im pricing them at £10 is that approx 40-50% of this is raw cost, that means for each one sold a fiver goes to charity, this is of course, approx at this point and based on 50 calendars, hopefully enough people will want them to get 100 calendars, but i don't want to get 100 and find im left with 50 of them, out of pocket and no money for charity
so dig deep, it's for a good cause and i/no one is making a profit from it and your have a nice calendar to look at for a whole year.
so please put your name down if you want one, BUT, please note, i will be asking for deposits (£5) from everyone that wants one, as this shows your commitment to wanting one and saves any messing about.
the deposits will be non refundable, so if you change your mind too bad, however if for any reason the calendar doesn't go ahead a full refund will be given back to those that have paid it
if you feel this is unfair, then i'm sorry, but i dont want time wasters saying there have one then i have to chase for the money and others miss out, your deposit not only secures your calendar it covers the raw cost of it so i'm not left out of pocket, i hope everyone understands this.

once the calendars have been done and i have them i will contact those that have replied here (and paid deposit) for the rest of the money and address etc
