15" exip wheels 4x108

Hi guys got a set of 4x108 exip wheels 7j offset is et18. These are in need of refurb or some one to spend some time on them. 3 have lacquer peal and one has been painted matte black (not by me). I am looking for 250 for these but feel free to make offers it may seem steep but these go for over 400 in good condition. Any questions feel free to ask

Would take a set of rs turbo wheels for them or any other set of reasonable wheels. Or a mk5 fiesta 4 branch manifold or offers haha
