[guide] Longer wheel studs

Postby Project on Sat Jul 16, 2005 4:29 am

Sorry if this has been posted up before!

You need to do this if...
You're spacing your wheels over 8-10mm, or if you're fitting some non-Ford alloys that need longer studs (e.g. some Fox flavours).

Guide can be found here (to save repeating it)

Good guide mate, you might want to add some non-ford alloys might need longer studs, even if not spaced. My Fox Evo 3's needed longer studs to get a decent amount of turns on the nut.

Just reading this as i might do it on the back as i want 10mm there.

5mm on the front seems about the limit though with normal studs :-?
