HO inlet on ZT
where would i take the vac pipe for the map sensor could i put it into my crossover or does it have to be behind the throttle body?

you can use the crossover yes, a standard fiesta/escort RS turbo crossover is popular on this conversion as it has the take off already there, and is strong enough for the boost
or you can drill and tap a take off on the back of the HO inlet, but that will be perminant

I just use one of the two take-offs that's already on the back of the HO inlet. No need to mess about with anything else 
I'm pretty sure you wouldn't want it before the throttle or else you won't really be getting a good vacuum reading when the throttle is closed, if at all!
