FRST valve stem seals

Right ive got a FRST and the valve stem seals need replacing i dont know alot about engines, can you change the valve stem seals without taking the head off the block?

Yes you can change without removing head. Try and get a set of Burton ones as they are one piece uprated ones and last alot longer than others!!
