Problem or technical question?

fitting 6 speed box?

what clutch and flywheel do people use on there zetecs with 6 speed box? also how did you's make shafts as am planning cutting and welding shafts and getting them balanced...this be fine?

luca - over 300 from zetec turbo. s2 box will crap its self. id rather just change it now before paying for mot/tax and tuning car only for box to let go 50 miles down the line then be off the road again. so rather do it now

yeah sounds about right duk. with some cheesy porno movie playing it background just in case i get distracted

If i had to do it again I would more than likely go for the Focus RS box!

FAR FAR FAR CHEAPER to fit that one and the ratios are better suited for a turbo fiesta

But you can always rebuild them with Mini gears :)

Or a custom straight cut dog kit :)

I cant get the balls to give the go ahead on it yet though.

look for stage 4 SVT clutch and flywheel

I run the 6paddle one.
When we took it out after 2400 miles it looks brand new still :Q
